_____________(Grease Vendor) would like to offer this letter as a show of good faith to proceed in a timely manner with negotiations with DADDS MAGIC BUS LIMOUSINE & ENTERTAINMENT TOURS INC, DBA “GREEN TREE – GREASE PICK UP”, a mutually acceptable contract for participation in grease rendering for Bio –diesel reproduction.

Premier Program:  The service cost for the used fryer oil for your company will be traded for partnership listing on our site and in exchange we will promote groups to stop to your establishment.  DADD’s Magic Bus, Limousine & Entertainment Tours keep track of used grease/oil to be picked up, and determine the type titration of oil and its viability for use in the bio diesel process.  Trade for services can be established and upgrades may be used for assistance in our program. Discounts up to 25% off our normal prices can be expected for equipment rentals.

We will take the responsibility to provide a container and pick up service for your needs and will contact the previous vendor to cancel the service on your behalf. You will only have to sign this agreement and choose your VIP partnership listings. We will then advise you if your selections meet the criteria for the exchange based on the volume and type of grease/oil that has been received.

The service cost for the used fryer oil will be free.  DADD’s Magic Bus, Limousine & Entertainment Tours will not rebate or charge the customer. We will give trade for VIP listings and upgrades on equipment.

Both DADDS MAGIC BUS LIMOUSINE & ENTERTAINMENT TOURS INC and the customer listed below shall diligently work cooperatively to provide high-quality service on grease pickup and customer to keep disposal into container to keep contaminates out of the oil. Oils that are non-usable due to customer pickup may apply negative charges to our trade account.

Agreed and Accepted: I release the responsibility to my oil to have services changed in a timely manner for services agreed to above.
