How do I get my own account

How do I put down a deposit? Send a deposit to our
address 407 Turner NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504 and then we can hold a
vehicle or give us a credit card with a signed contract then we can
hold your spot. We will not hold spots with out a deposit.
A deposit of $100 per day for all
reservations except for weddings they requires 1/2 deposit if less
than 6 months away otherwise $100 deposit until 6 months away, and
reservations that are within the next 20 days, (these reservations
require 1/2 deposit). Deposit
Cancels result in loss of monies paid.
We cannot re-rent a vehicle after you have held it and we have been
telling other customers we do not have it available as it was held
for you.
Balances 1/2 balance is due 20 days
prior to the day of use for your vehicle and balance is due 10 days
prior. Groups must secure payment if going pay day of cash on credit
card or day of service if held and paid for with a credit card.
Minimum group size for party groups or
suv's by the person rates you may add people all way up to the time
of your departure (pending vehicle reserved and number already in
your group). You must pay for the minimum or secure payment with a
credit card. Then pay the driver for your extra people at your per
person rate before departing. You cannot cancel to a lower bus size
because your friends don't show or don't pay. You must pay for the
minimum of the bus size you pick at the time of your deposit, 1/2
balance is the final date to adjust your group size if we have
vehicles available if not then your obligated to the bus or suv that
you held from others to be able to reserve.
Additional hours your additional hours or 15
minute increments will be added to your bill if you exceed your
reservation times.

Why doesn’t DADDS MAGIC BUS & LIMOUSINE guarantee a specific
vehicle without a vehicle guarantee?
We will guarantee a vehicle that is requested
providing we have no scheduling problems, vehicle problems or
special requests. A $25.00 special request will guarantee your
vehicle requested if we have none of the above problems, if so we
will refund your special request guarantee. Without the special
request fee we will provide transportation with equipment to suite
your group size, and try to provide you with the vehicle you have
requested. (we aim to please and usually have no problems with the
vehicle you wish but understanding that not all matters are in our
control this fee helps to resolve any conflict.)
Refunds there will be no
refunds in cash or check or partial refunds or credits given to
cards due to things beyond our control for late arrivals,
breakdowns, bad traffic areas, bad directions from internet search
or maps. Inoperative equipment failures will also yield no refunds
due to the inability of our control for parts that are not designed
or made by us and are the fault of the supplier. We may give a
credit for future use if you call and request this in a professional
manner.
We will not
tolerate people that want to start trouble use of fowl language is
not permitted indecent exposure is not allowed and if you are kicked
out of a club or get into a fight you might find yourself a new way
to get home. Drivers will be the one to make the call and eliminate
your group from proceeding to the next destination or even to get to
your home. Don't get out of line with drivers, club owners and
people in general as most people consider you to be drinking and at
fault. The odds are against you and we will not give you a second
chance so be careful!

Who is going to be the driver?
We will select a driver approx 2 weeks prior to
your rental date, unless you request a driver and that driver is
available to you on that date.
Your driver will be in charge of your group and
will end your party if you should get kicked out of any club,
due to fighting, being to intoxicated, trying to bring booze off the
bus, or into or out of the bar, screaming obscenities, smoking or
doing any type of drugs. LETS PUT IT SIMPLE…. Act like adults and we
will treat you like Kings and Queens!

What is the tipping policy?
Fees are included in your bill or should have a
item line stating 20% for fuel, insurance, 15% of the tips minimum
cleaning for readiness for vehicles. The per person tip that day of
service is $1 per person the day of service.
Your drivers are highly trained, well dressed
and often deserve more than the required minimum which is $1 per
person the day of service. We use the 18% - 20% pre-billed or billed
after the event as restraunts add to your bill for large groups and
optional $1 per person to pay them for your service.

When is DADDS MAGIC BUS & LIMOUSINE closed, what are the office
hours?
We are open 24/7 for immediate service, that’s
transportation now or within the next 24 hours.
Our normal business hours are Mon - Fri 9:30am
- 6pm.

We have a great service for your group on our charter coach 47 or 55
passenger coach or a party bus with tables all with overhead storage
understructure storage and restroom some with video and all with cd
player to get you to your destination. This quote is rated per hour
with any extra hours rated at $60 per hour normal fees included
except for optional tip to driver $1 per person day of service.
Parking and overnights are not included and rates are figured by the
hour and mile any added time or miles may be billed after your final
drop off or if a accurate itinerary has been presented figured

Equipment includes SUV’s 20 passenger H2
Hummers and 24 passenger Excursion SUV's that have complete wrap
around seating (not broken up so you can talk to one another very
easy), open back for plenty of room for all your drinks, extras, and
plenty of ice boxes and champagne canters for everyone. Limo lights,
stargazer lights, mirrors ceilings, lazer lights, strobe lights,
intercom divider window, some have sun roofs, flat panel monitors
set up for your jpeg format computer pictures, dvd players and vcr
players. Our fleet consisting of a wide variety of vehicles from
limousines, H2 Hummers, Excursion SUV's and Limo and Wedding Party
bus or Charter bus 55 and 47 passenger with tables. Equipment is

cleaned in our full service facility licensed to repair not only our
